1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how AppUi Tools ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information, in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector).

3. Information We Collect

If you create an account

If you join the waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create an account. You don't need to provide your name.

4. Why We Collect It

We will only send you marketing or launch emails if you explicitly agreed to it, and every such email will include a way to unsubscribe.

5. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is hosted on a secure server and managed through PostgreSQL. Transactional emails are sent via Resend. The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Some service providers may store data outside Quebec.

6. How Long We Keep It

7. Your Rights (Law 25)

You have the right to access your personal information, correct it, delete it, withdraw your consent, and receive your data in a structured, commonly used technological format. To exercise these rights, contact: support@appuitools.com

To be removed from the waitlist at any time, use the unsubscribe link included in our emails, or write to support@appuitools.com. Your email will be deleted.

8. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only use service providers (such as Resend and Cloudflare) that are necessary to operate the platform.

9. Website Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure website traffic (number of visits, pages viewed, referring sites, country, device and browser type, page load speed). This tool does not use cookies, does not track you across websites, and does not identify you personally: the statistics we see are anonymous and aggregated.

10. Cookies and Local Storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The website uses your browser's local storage (localStorage) to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences, such as theme, accent color, language, and whether you closed the announcement banner. This information stays in your browser and is not shared.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly.
