By using AppUi Tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

AppUi Tools is a professional IT toolkit for technicians, offered under a freemium model (core tools free, advanced features available through a subscription).

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for all activity on your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the software for illegal or malicious purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the source code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Abuse the API or disrupt the service

5. Intellectual Property

AppUi Tools and its code remain our property. You are granted a license to use the software, not ownership of it.

6. Plugins

Third-party plugins are used at your own risk. We verify the integrity of downloads (SHA-256 checksums) but are not responsible for the content of third-party plugins.

7. Beta Version

The service is currently in active development (beta). It may contain bugs, be interrupted, or change without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from its use.

9. Premium Subscription

Payment terms, renewal, and refund conditions will be specified when paid features are launched.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account in case of a violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
